This document will walk you through changing your voicemail PIN or greeting via your phone.

Dial 99999 from your phone

Enter the PIN that was sent to you in your welcome email from 3CX to authenticate with the system

Press 9 for Options

To change your PIN, press 7 and follow the prompts from the attendant

To change your voicemail greeting, press 8

Press 0 to record a new greeting, and follow the prompt to record

Press 2 to repeat your new recording and verify or press 0 to save the new recording.
