Phone System Cheat Sheet for Grandstream Phones
To quick dial any number, dial the desired number and then press the # key. Otherwise, the phone will dial the number after 5 seconds.
● To Transfer a Call: (Transfers allow you to speak with the person receiving the call, prior to transferring the caller. )
● While on a call press the Transfer button, dial the desired extension, or press the desired extension on the side cart. Press the AttTrnf button, check with the person on the other end and then press the Transfer button to send the call to their extension
● To Blind Transfer a Call: (Blind Transfers connect the call directly to the extension you select)
● While on a call press the Transfer button, and then the BlindTrnf button, dial the desired extension, or press the desired extension on the side cart. Press the BlindTrf button again.
● To Transfer a Call to Voicemail:
● While on a call press the Transfer key and then the BlindTrnf button, dial * and the desired
extension, and then press the BlindTrnf button again or #.
● To Park a call:
● While on a call press either the Park 1 or Park 2 button under the line keys. The call will be parked immediately.
● To pick up a parked call, press either Park 1 or Park 2, or you can dial the announced number; 71-78.
To call into a classroom phone’s speaker:
Dial *80 and the extension number
