You can Re-install PCClient from the Manager application.


 Click on "Self Service"



And Choose "My Apps" 



From there, click "Reinstall" under PCClient

After Re-installing, please restart your device. 


Remove & Re-Add Follow me Printer: 



1.  Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners


2. Click on the "FollowMePrinting" on the left-hand side of the window.  


3. Click the " - "  symbol at the bottom of that same window. 


4.  Next - Open the Manager Application (Located in the Launchpad of your Macbook)


5.  Under Self Service > My Printers, Select "Execute" next to the FollowMe Printing 


6.  Confirm that FollowMePrinting Re-appears under System Preferences > Printers & Scanners


7.  Restart the Device and try printing while on the building network.
